The demographics of the geographic area we serve are such that there is a strong need for school supplies at the beginning of the school year and at the beginning of the calendar year.

For several years, this NCM program has provided school supplies to approximately 300 children.

How it works

Numerous individuals and organizations donate funds, gift cards, and school supplies during the summer and fall. Also, Vacation Bible School Directors are encouraged to support the NCM school supply program as their Local Mission Project.

Volunteers fill age-appropriate book bags with supplies and the book bags are given to schools in the Norcross cluster. School counselors then give the book bags to students who need them.

Our thrifty shoppers find the best deals at local stores such as: Target, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max and Staples.

This can save you time and ensure that the children will get all of the items they need for school.
